Jump Street are Essex’s first and largest trampoline parks with attractions in both Chelmsford and Colchester. They called upon KAT Marketing just prior to opening their larger second site, looking to co-ordinate marketing activities, improve delivery and to increase promotion of both parks across Essex and further afield.
Social Media – Since taking over Jump Street’s social media channels the team has helped to cultivate large audience growth across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. KAT has put social advertising to the top of the agenda and now drives impressive levels of traffic through to the website via minimal monthly spends. Our creation of a ‘Combo Deal’ remains their most successful campaign, drawing in huge revenue from social channels and e-shot campaigns. Due to the success on social, Jump Street now use it as their main channel for promotions and recruitment.
Website – KAT was tasked with taking over the Jump Street website in order to enhance the customer journey and to make amends far simpler and more cost-effective for the company as a process. Our web development team migrated the current Jump Street website over to new servers and took over the regular maintenance and upkeep of the bespoke website. We helped Jump Street to integrate an all-new ordering system that would allow easier linking and tracking of their specific deals.
Design & Print – Jump Street regularly attend and have multiple attractions across a broad demographic of customer. KAT has designed a comprehensive portfolio of vibrant and eye-catching promotional material across each facet of business. Jump Street is now armed with a line-up of leaflets, flyers, posters and digital advertising collateral which are used in-house, at events and externally to advertise specific sessions, deals and offers. Consistency is key and will continue to be rolled out in regards future growth.
PR – Handling public relations for Jump Street has enabled KAT to promote the trampoline parks in local media on numerous occasions. KAT sources news-worthy stories before drafting, distributing and clipping the results. Successful campaigns include investments in new attractions such as Kendrick’s Kingdom (soft play), charity fundraising events like a ‘Jump-a-thon’ and special events include trampoline speed dating. The KAT team also sprang into action after a national news story about ambulance call outs to trampoline parks was picked up BBC Essex. It lead to KAT appearing as a spokesperson on live radio to clarify the misleading figures, allay fears and turnaround the article to promote Jump Street as a safe environment for children and adults to have fun.
Events – Event management remains a big part of KAT’s ongoing commitment to driving footfall to the park through a series of fun events throughout the year. Over the course of the campaign KAT has delivered and implemented events which have driven press coverage and increased footfall. Events included the Jump Street ‘Jump-a-thon’ and ‘Bounce for Life’ events which helped raise vital funds for the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance and Breast Cancer UK. Other unique ideas saw success such as trampoline speed dating, as well as Comic Relief and Sports Relief specials.
Advertising – As well as utilising existing social channels for regular advertising the KAT team placed a Sky Smart Advert campaign to further drive awareness of the Jump Street brand across the South-East. By drilling down into local core demographics, KAT were able to put Jump Street in front of their key audience of parents on a local scale at the perfect time and channels. In order to gauge the ongoing success of the campaign, an offer was promoted within the advert and take up of the advert tracked on the website.
