Success breeds success…and here at KAT Marketing we love to celebrate achievement. As such, it was natural for us to want to be involved in the Tendring4Growth Business Awards.
These awards recognise those businesses in the Tendring district which have demonstrated excellence across a range of disciplines such as innovation, creativity and customer care along with a dogged determination to help others.
Business is the lifeblood of our community, providing services, creating jobs and generating income which can be ploughed back into the area to support its economic health and stability.
Some independent businesses have been passed down from generation to generation and have stood the test of time due to their resilience, superb quality of service and ability to adapt. They have survived and thrived despite the might of large national companies and the online revolution.
Other businesses seeking recognition through the awards started as an acorn of an idea which have grown into fully-fledged businesses, fuelled by determination, dedication and sheer hard work.
We, at KAT Marketing, are proud sponsors of the Community Impact category of the awards. This section is designed to recognise businesses or employees who have gone above and beyond in their day-to-day work to make a positive impact in their community. This could be through fundraising for good causes or by allowing staff volunteer days to support charities or groups. Employers have also been invited to nominate members of staff who have been involved in or have led community initiatives which have made the world a better place.
Other categories in these fantastic awards include Tradesperson of the Year, Empowering Women, Creativity and Culture and High Street Heroes. There is simply so much to celebrate.
