Yabba Dabba Do! Vote for KAT Marketing at the Colchester Soapbox Rally 2025
Team KAT is ready to rubble at this year’s Colchester Soapbox Rally – Flintstones style!
After wowing the crowds in 2024 with their Cruella De Vil and 101 Dalmatians-inspired soapbox, we’re back with a brand-new Flintstones-themed kart, brought to life by young designer David McGill of McGill Industrial Design.
Join us on Sunday, 14 September, as Colchester’s North Hill will be transformed into a red-hot raceway – with 52 handmade, non-motorised karts hurtling down the course which will include the “Bone Rattler” obstacle section and a water station where kids can soak racers with water cannons.
KAT will be bringing all the famous Flintstones characters come to life as part of the fun – with Wilma, Fred, Betty and Barney all ready to put their feet to the floor as they hurtle down hill.
Taking the wheel once again will be KAT’s very own MD, Katie Skingle, who is no stranger to turning heads at the Soapbox Rally after starring as Cruella De Vil. Katie and the team are proud to represent an agency deeply rooted in community spirit and thrilled to be part of this spectacular family-friendly event, organised by Our Colchester BID.
And this year, it’s not just about racing down North Hill – it’s also about the votes! The Soapbox Rally includes special categories decided by the public and that’s where you come in.
