As we say goodbye to 2025, it is time to reflect as well as to look forward to the year ahead.

It helps to give us a focus on who and what we are. And as high as our standards may be, there is always room for improvement as we strive to reach even greater heights.
We would urge all businesses to think ahead to imagine how they will reflect at this time next year. As 2026 rolls into 2027, will you be pleased with how you have performed? Have you grown in line with your forecasting? What will your sustainability report say? How socially responsible will you have been as a company? What will your social impact report say about you as a company?
Your success in 2026 will be influenced in no small part by how well you plan it in advance. So think now: What are your priorities? How will you achieve them? And how can we help?
It is also important to approach the new year – and its new challenges – with a positive attitude. If you are to thrive in the wild, you will need to be agile and responsive, imaginative and innovative. As Darwin said survival favours the adaptable, not necessarily the strongest or smartest, because life constantly changes.
And change must be embraced. AI has enormous potential for business as it does with science and creativity.
