What was the project?
Boom Battle Bar in Ipswich enlisted KAT to up its social media game to increase community, engagement and awareness. The incredible venue offers a staggering array of fantastically fun games for guests to enjoy, including axe-throwing, augmented darts and much, much more. It required its social channels to reflect the quality of its offering and help make it the go-to place for a night out.
What was involved?
KAT was tasked with cultivating a comprehensive organic social strategy to adequately showcase the fun to be had at Boom across multiple social channels, including highly rewarding short form video content. We began by creating ideas for each individual platform and regular schedules to get engaging content in front of the right users on the right platform at the right time.
How did it go?
We pride our service on working around our clients’ needs and schedules, which is especially vital when it comes to social. Our digital team liaise with the Boom team regularly to create ongoing engaging content to achieve marketing aims, while being enjoyable and helping to build a growing community around the venue.
The results
The KAT team is always up to the battle! In just 4 months, KAT’s social strategy saw Boom achieve a 35% rise in their organic growth across their core channels of Facebook and Instagram. We helped to design, grow and implement their posting strategy, including eye-catching content creation for reels and stories – and, trust us, we know what sounds to use to get things trending!
KAT have been amazing to work with and our socials are always buzzing with the kind of content and posts that we’re all about. They understand how to showcase the atmosphere and experience of coming to one of our venues. We couldn’t be happier and will be doing much more work with them
