Essex Primary Care Careers, part of the NHS, is a workforce development centre providing a solution for addressing the ongoing difficulties in the recruitment and retention of talented and qualified staff within the NHS primary care sector.
To create an annual conference event (aimed at Practice Managers and other primary care professionals within Essex GP practices) and promotional material, based around specific event vision and objectives each year; these have included highlighting new and emerging roles within the sector, and showcasing ongoing digital improvements and new software opportunities within general practice.
The KAT team identified suitable venues across Essex to offer an aspirational setting for a conference for 150 people. We provided full event management prior to the conference including the creation of a complete program for the day, which included an interactive Q&A to promote social media participation. To cultivate an audience, e-shots were designed, created and distributed and a telemarketing campaign put in place to make use of contact database provided by the client. Our graphic design team produced a range of promotional material to be leveraged at the conference and upcoming events, as well as sourcing stationery, goodie bags and promo packs to be handed out. On the day, KAT conducted the conference managing every aspect including set-up, registration and co-ordination. Due to the success of the campaign, KAT runs this event on an annual basis.
