The Queen’s Head pub and restaurant in West Bergholt was undergoing a refurbishment and required support to remain busy and attract new clientele, sharing the pub’s core messages.
The long-standing venue was going through a large-scale renovation but needed to stay open to customers during the refurb. To keep in line with the refreshed look and feel of the pub, The Queen’s Head required new branding, vibrant design work to drive footfall and social management to inform the wider public of the improvements being made.
The KAT team immediately set to work on creating new branding to reflect the makeover and new focus of the establishment. Our digital team then embarked on transforming The Queen’s Head’s digital presence, as the venue’s Facebook page was a personal account, which made user check-ins impossible. Our team seamlessly transferred this over to a business page and turned the associated friends into likes – enabling the page to become a community hub. Across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, the KAT team then began sharing new events while balancing it with regular content around the transition of the establishment. In order to retain footfall, our graphic designers created vibrant promotional material to be used through the pub. KAT has created a new website to link up the digital side of the business now that the revamp of the pub and restaurant is close to completion in order to help with booking and digital campaign track
